Our Programs

Four clear entry points — Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pranayama & Breath Awareness, and our signature Panch-Sutra Sadhana. One direction: deeper awareness.

01
Yoga Nidra — Deep Relaxation and Inner Awareness. Individual, group and online guided sessions.

Yoga Nidra

Deep Relaxation & Inner Awareness

Yoga Nidra is a guided inner experience that gently moves attention away from everyday activity toward deep relaxation and inner awareness. Through a calm and structured practice, you are invited to become aware of the body, breath, thoughts and subtle inner experiences. It creates a quiet space to pause, rest and turn inward at your own pace. Every person’s experience is unique, and the deeper dimensions of the practice unfold naturally.

What will you explore?

  • ✓Physical relaxation and body awareness
  • ✓The natural rhythm of the breath
  • ✓The relationship between body and awareness
  • ✓Thoughts and feelings
  • ✓Inner imagery and reflection
  • ✓Stillness and inward attention

How will you explore?

Settling → Relaxation → Body Awareness → Breath Awareness → Deepening → Guided Inner Experience → Stillness → Integration

The practice is guided throughout, allowing awareness to move inward without forcing a particular experience.

  • ✓Greater awareness of the body and breath
  • ✓A quieter relationship with thoughts
  • ✓Moments of stillness
  • ✓A sense of rest and inner connection

What makes it different?

Yoga Nidra is a deep, guided inward experience rather than a conventional meditation session. The emphasis is on relaxing deeply and allowing awareness to unfold naturally.

Format

2–3 Hour Guided Experience · Individual or Group · Online & In-person

02
Meditation — Simple guided awareness practices: guided, awareness and sound (nada) meditation.

Meditation

Simple Guided Awareness Practices

Meditation is a journey toward greater presence, observation and inner connection. Our meditation practices are designed around simple, focused experiences rather than one fixed technique. Each practice offers a different doorway into awareness and invites you to develop a more conscious relationship with your present experience.

What will you explore?

  • ✓Body Awareness — sensations and physical presence
  • ✓Breath Meditation — the natural rhythm of breathing
  • ✓Sound & Silence — listening, vibration and quiet
  • ✓Sensation & Feeling — noticing inner experiences
  • ✓Thought Awareness — observing mental activity
  • ✓Witnessing — observing thoughts and emotions
  • ✓Chakra-Based Awareness — selected practices inspired by yogic tradition
  • ✓Light & Stillness — guided imagery and quiet awareness

How will you explore?

Focus → Experience → Observe → Integrate

You are not asked to stop your thoughts or create a particular mental state. Instead, you are invited to notice your experience with greater awareness.

What may you experience?

  • ✓Greater presence
  • ✓Moments of calm
  • ✓Increased self-observation
  • ✓Greater awareness of thoughts and feelings
  • ✓Inner quiet and a deeper sense of connection

What makes it different?

One meditation → One clear experience. Rather than making every meditation complex, each practice has one primary focus.

Who is it for?

Suitable for beginners, regular meditation practitioners, those looking for short focused practices, and anyone wishing to develop greater presence and self-awareness.

Format

60–90 Minute Guided Experience · Individual or Group · Online & In-person

03
Pranayama and Breath Awareness — basic pranayama, breath awareness and relaxation breathing.

Pranayama & Breath Awareness

From Breath to Inner Awareness

The breath is always with us, yet we often move through life without truly noticing it. Pranayama and Breath Awareness invite you to reconnect with this natural rhythm and explore the relationship between breath, body and awareness. The approach begins simply and progresses according to individual comfort and practice level.

What will you explore?

  • ✓Natural breathing, inhalation and exhalation
  • ✓Breathing rhythm
  • ✓Breath–body connection
  • ✓Appropriate pranayama practices
  • ✓Sensations and the felt experience of breath
  • ✓Deeper inner awareness

How will you explore?

Body Preparation → Natural Breath Awareness → Pranayama → Breath–Body Connection → Felt Experience → Awareness

The emphasis is not only on regulating the breath, but on becoming more conscious of the experience of breathing. Our approach is grounded in a simple principle: Body → Breath → Awareness.

What may you experience?

  • ✓Greater awareness of your breathing
  • ✓Increased body awareness
  • ✓A sense of relaxation
  • ✓Awareness of your internal rhythm
  • ✓Greater presence

What makes it different?

The practice goes beyond learning breathing techniques. It invites you to develop a more conscious relationship with your breath.

Who is it for?

Suitable for those who want to become more aware of their breathing, are beginning or deepening pranayama practice, wish to develop a regular breath-awareness practice, or want to explore the relationship between breath, body and awareness.

Panch-Sutra Sadhana — Signature program: an experiential practice for relaxation, awareness and deeper inner connection.

Panch-Sutra SadhanaSignature

Our Signature Five-Day Inner Journey

A journey that unfolds through experience — not explanation.

Panch-Sutra Sadhana is our signature experiential program, designed as a progressive five-day journey into deeper self-awareness and inner connection. Rather than presenting inner practice as a single technique, the journey gradually opens different dimensions of experience through sound, breath, sensation, observation and stillness. Each day introduces a new doorway. The deeper structure of the journey is designed to be experienced progressively rather than explained in advance.

What will you explore?

  • ✓Listening, sound awareness and your own inner resonance
  • ✓Breath and body awareness
  • ✓Subtle sensations, feelings and emotional awareness
  • ✓Observation of thoughts and witnessing
  • ✓Guided inner imagery and chakra-based awareness inspired by yogic tradition
  • ✓Silence, stillness, integration and inner centeredness

Witnessing means observing thoughts, feelings and sensations with greater awareness rather than immediately reacting to them. Inner centeredness refers to a deeper sense of being grounded, present and connected with yourself.

How will the journey unfold?

Listen → Breathe → Feel → Observe → Return

Each stage prepares the ground for what follows. The specific practices and deeper dimensions are revealed progressively through participation.

Your 5-Day Journey

Day 1
Opening to Listening

You begin by becoming more attentive to sound, listening and your own inner resonance. The experience gradually creates space for quieter awareness.

Day 2
Entering Through the Breath

Attention moves toward the breath and its relationship with the body, inviting a more conscious experience of breathing and inner rhythm.

Day 3
Meeting Sensation & Feeling

You are gently invited to notice bodily sensations and feelings, allowing them to be experienced and observed without forcing a particular response.

Day 4
Deepening Observation

Attention gradually turns toward thoughts, feelings and the experience of observing them with greater spaciousness.

Day 5
Coming Toward Centeredness

The journey moves toward integration, bringing together the experiences of the previous days and inviting a deeper sense of inner centeredness.

The five-day journey is intentionally revealed step by step. The deeper internal structure is part of the experience itself.

What may you experience?

  • ✓Greater body awareness and a deeper relationship with your breath
  • ✓Awareness of sensations and feelings
  • ✓Moments of acceptance or emotional release
  • ✓A quieter relationship with thoughts and moments of witnessing
  • ✓Deeper stillness and a sense of inner centeredness

Every person’s experience is different. No particular emotional or spiritual experience is required.

What makes it different?

Panch-Sutra is not simply a collection of meditation or breathing techniques. It is a progressive five-day experiential journey, in which each stage prepares the ground for the next. You are not simply learning practices — you are exploring your own inner experience.

Who is it for?

Suitable for those who want to deepen an existing awareness or meditation practice, prefer a structured inner journey, are curious about sound, breath, sensation and witnessing, wish to develop greater self-observation, or are ready to engage with a guided five-day experience.
